We are currently unable to offer hall hire due to COVID-19 restrictions.

 

We provisionally plan to start accepting bookings again from October 1st 2020 with significantly reduced room capacities*, however this will depend on how the situation develops over the coming months. Where possible, priority will be given to existing user groups wishing to return to regular activities. All hirers will be expected to follow additional hygiene measures to ensure a safe environment for all centre users. 

 

We have three spaces available to hire of differing sizes, and the building is wheelchair accessible.

 

As a non-profit charity, we guarantee that all hire income will go directly into delivering services for the community.

Large Hall

Size: 14m x 12m            *Capacity: 25 people

 

Ideal for: meetings, small parties, physical classes/activities. 

 

Includes (subject to restriction): large garden, microwave, kettle, sink, tables and chairs (adult and children sizes), WiFi.

Cost for public hire: £35 per hour

Available for private hire: Saturdays 1pm to 9pm. 

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within

the booked hours of hire

 

Please note that as we are located in a residential area we cannot permit the use of professional DJ equipment. Small CD Players and phone/laptop speakers are permitted.

                                           

Small Hall

 

Size: 7m x 5m     *Capacity: 6 people 

Ideal for: small meetings.

Includes (subject to restriction): small garden, full kitchen facilities, tables and chairs, WiFi.

 

Available at extra cost: flip chart

Cost for public hire: £25 per hour

Available for private hire: Saturdays 1pm to 9pm.

                                           Sundays 4pm to 7pm.

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within the booked hours of hire.

Training Room

 

The training room provides an intimate setting for focussing on work.

 

Size: 7m x 5m

 

*Capacity: 6 people

 

Ideal for: small meetings

 

Includes: tables and chairs, 40" television screen, WiFi

 

Available at extra cost: flip chart

Cost for hire: £15 per hour

 

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within the booked hours of hire. 

Discounted rates may be available for charities for regular hire, depending on the type of group. Please contact the centre for information.
