Easy Exercise Class

A gentle exercise class to music, suitable for all abilities, designed to help with strength and balance. Some movement (limited), using resistance bands, chair-based exercises and stretching. 

First or Second Friday of the month 11.00am - 12.00pm, Small Hall. Free.

Weekly Yoga with Beckie

Discover how gentle mindful exercise can improve your health, posture and mental wellbeing. Sessions aimed at regenerating mind, body & soul will help you off to a positive start in 2020. 

Beginners Welcome - No need to book.

Thursdays  7.15pm - 8.15pm (term-time). Main Hall. £9 per session. 


Sewing and Craft Workshops

Join us and get creative at our new weekly drop-in! All levels are welcome to come along, make friends and learn and share new skills. Equipment will be provided and a variety of crafts will be covered, including sewing and embroidery by hand and machine and making gift items. 

No need to book, just come along. Or if you've got a skill you'd like to bring to the table we'd love to hear from you!

Bengali Women's Fitness

Capoeira Angola with FICA London

Capoeira Angola classes for adults of mixed level. The sessions focus very much on the music, rituals and philosophy, bringing the traditional side of Capoeira Angola together with the techniques of the movements.

Hilldrop Ukulele Group
