Hall Hire

 

We have three spaces of differing sizes and the building is wheelchair accessible.

Please try to book at least 4 weeks in advance, as available spaces fill up quickly. Full payment for bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.

Main (Large) Hall

Size: (l)14m x (w)12m x (h)2.5m      Capacity: Maximum 60 

 

Ideal for: meetings, small parties, physical classes/activities. 

 

Includes: large garden, microwave, kettle, sink, tables and chairs (adult and children sizes), WiFi.

Cost for private/party hire: £40 per hour*

Available to hire: Saturdays 9am to 7pm. 

                             Sundays 9am to 7pm

                             (last Sunday of the month 9am to 5pm only).​

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within

the booked hours of hire

 

Please note that as we are located in a residential area we cannot permit the use of professional DJ equipment. Small CD Players and phone/laptop speakers are permitted.

Small Hall

 

Size: (l)7m x (w)5m x (h) 2.7m    Capacity: Maximum 25 

Ideal for: small meetings & classes

Includes: small garden, full kitchen facilities, tables and chairs, WiFi.

 

Available at extra cost: flip chart

Cost for private/party hire: £30 per hour*

Available to hire: Saturdays 1pm to 7pm.

                               Sundays 2pm to 7pm.

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within the booked hours of hire.

Training Room

 

The training room provides an intimate setting for focussing on work.

 

Size: 7m x 5m

 

Capacity: Maximum 15

 

Ideal for: small meetings & classes

 

Includes: tables, chairs, 40" TV screen, whiteboard, WiFi

 

Available at extra cost: flip chart

Cost for private hire: £20 per hour*

Available to hire: Please check with the office. 

 

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within the booked hours of hire. 

*Please note that the Centre Warden is responsible for opening and closing the building for bookings that take place outside of normal opening hours. There is an additional £15 charge to cover this. 

 

Discounted rates may be available for charities for regular hire, depending on the type of group.
