Hall Hire

 

We are unable to offer private hall/room hire due to COVID-19 restrictions, however we can take provisional bookings from 21st June onwards. 

Rules regarding the use of the centre are subject to change in accordance with latest Government advice.

The maximum capacities listed below will only apply when all COVID-19 restrictions are lifted and the centre is permitted to return to normal operation. 

 

We have three spaces of differing sizes and the building is wheelchair accessible.

 

As a non-profit charity, we guarantee that all hire income will go directly into delivering services for the community.

Large Hall

Size: 14m x 12m         Capacity: Maximum 60 (subject to restriction)

 

Ideal for: meetings, small parties, physical classes/activities. 

 

Includes: large garden, microwave, kettle, sink, tables and chairs (adult and children sizes), WiFi.

Cost for public hire: £35 per hour

Available to hire: Saturdays 1pm to 9pm. 

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within

the booked hours of hire

 

Please note that as we are located in a residential area we cannot permit the use of professional DJ equipment. Small CD Players and phone/laptop speakers are permitted.

                                           

Small Hall

 

Size: 7m x 5m     Capacity: Maximum 25-30 (subject to restriction)

Ideal for: small meetings & classes

Includes: small garden, full kitchen facilities, tables and chairs, WiFi.

 

Available at extra cost: flip chart

Cost for hire: £25 per hour

Available to hire: Saturdays 1pm to 9pm.

                               Sundays 4pm to 7pm.

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within the booked hours of hire.

Training Room

 

The training room provides an intimate setting for focussing on work.

 

Size: 7m x 5m

 

Capacity: Maximum 15-20 (subject to restriction)

 

Ideal for: small meetings & classes

 

Includes: tables, chairs, 40" TV screen, whiteboard, WiFi

 

Available at extra cost: flip chart

Cost for hire: £15 per hour

Available to hire: Tuesdays 9am to 9pm

                             Saturdays 1pm to 9pm.

                             Sundays 4pm to 7pm.

 

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within the booked hours of hire. 

Please note there is an additional £10 charge for bookings that run outside of normal centre opening hours. 

Discounted rates may be available for charities for regular hire, depending on the type of group.
