We have three spaces available to hire of differing sizes, and the building is wheelchair accessible.

 

As a non-profit charity, we guarantee that all hire income will go directly into delivering services for the community.

Please note that as we are located in a residential area we cannot accommodate large scale parties or the use of professional DJ equipment. Small CD Players and phone/laptop speakers are permitted. Please read our terms and conditions for party hire.

Large Hall

 

Our spacious hall has a food prep area and backs onto a beautiful garden.  

Size: 14m x 12m            Capacity: 60 people

 

Ideal for: children's parties, small celebrations, physical classes/activities, AGMs.

 

Includes: large garden, microwave, kettle and sink, tables and chairs (adult and children sizes), WiFi.

Cost for public hire: £35 per hour*

Available for private hire: Saturdays 1pm to 9pm. 

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within

the booked hours of hire

 

Please note that as we are located in a residential area we cannot permit the use of professional DJ equipment. Small CD Players and phone/laptop speakers are permitted.

                                           

Small Hall

 

Our small hall backs onto a patio and soft surface play area. Attached via a serving hatch is a fully equipped kitchen.

 

Size: 7m x 5m     Capacity: 30 people 

Ideal for: small children's parties & activities, classes, meetings.

Includes: small garden, full kitchen facilities, tables and chairs, WiFi.

 

Available at extra cost: flip chart

Cost for public hire: £25 per hour*

Available for private hire: Saturdays 1pm to 9pm.

                                           Sundays 2pm to 7pm.

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within the booked hours of hire.

Training Room

 

The training room provides an intimate setting for focussing on work.

 

Size: 7m x 5m

 

Capacity: 15 people

 

Ideal for: meetings, training sessions

 

Includes: tables and chairs, 40" television screen, WiFi

 

Available at extra cost: flip chart

Cost for hire: £15 per hour*

 

Any time needed to set up and clear up must be included within the booked hours of hire. 

*Discounted rates may be available for charities or regular hire, depending on the type of group; please contact the centre for information.
